Graduated from Geneva University in 1985, Adriano D. GIANINAZZI was admitted to the Geneva Bar the same year.
Having worked for two years for the Union Suisse Assurances Group as lawyer, he then practiced in the Geneva office of Lugano business law firm Velo e Associati, where he focused on business and banking law.
He then founded his own law firm in 1992 with three partners, Reich Duchosal Thévoz Gianinazzi Law Firm, and practiced as partner until 1999, when he joined our hundred-and-fifty-years-old Law Firm, as partner.
His areas of practice are primarily business law, banking law, banking administrative law, bankruptcy and contract law, as well as administrative and civil law.
Adriano D. GIANINAZZI advises both local and foreign companies and banks, as well as international groups and individuals.
He was also elected Deputy Judge at the Court of Justice of Geneva in 1997, and serves in this function for commercial litigations and criminal affairs.
He practices in French, Italian and English.
