Born in Geneva in 1942, Didier Brosset is a graduate in Law from the University of Geneva and a qualified attorney to practice at the Bar since 1969. He holds a diploma on Comparative Law (AIDC Montréal 1968).

He has been an associate since 1970 within the Étude Brosset, Zanello, Matile, which later became the Étude Avocats Associés.

Didier Brosset specialized in the field of Company Law, Contract Law and Debt Collection, and Bankruptcy Law. In particular, he participated in the liquidation of banks and finance corporations.

He has been deputy judge at the Administrative Court, deputy judge and then appointed judge at the Court of Appeal, president of the Cantonal Commission in charge of social insurance matters until it became the Insurance Court, member of the Authority supervising the Debts Collecting and Bankruptcy Offices and member of the Conditional Release Commission.

He participated as State representative in the administration of the Geneva hospitals and the City of Geneva pension funds.

He is now honorary Counsel.
