In principle, an individual should be able to safeguard their own interests, especially those linked to their economy. However, in some occasions due to age or to health problems, certain people need assistance or protection.

In this regard, the Civil Code provides a series of protection measures aiming to ensure the assistance and the representation of those individuals partially or totally unable of acting in defense of their interests.

Concerned by the people in such situations, we accept protection of vulnerable adults duties which we carry out essentially for the wellbeing of the person placed under protection measures.
